• Definition of profiles for data entering, that is to say, customization of the structure of data entering by the user, in such a way that the archivist can choose the data, which he/she wants the program to ask for, in order to make description quicker.

• Description of all kind of levels: fonds, sub-fonds, series, complex and single documentary units; as well as authorities, group or section, or sub-series or parts of series.
