Parametrización

The application allows the complete customization of several functions:

  • Description profiles: for each level, Archivo 3000 allows the archivist to choose fields and subfields previously,according to his/her needs, in such a way that description becomes more agile .

  • During the description process, the archivist can choose data entering according to ISAD(G)2, MARC, or simply according to the order in the selected profile.
  • For transfer purposes, the application allows to create a customized structure, according to each unit’s needs, in such a way that fields are coincident with those in the program, and a non traumatic transfer is possible .

  • Similarly, the application allows to customize the OPAC query screen, adding or deleting query fields, repositories and levels.

  • The possibilities of customization are just more evident in the reports generator, since the outputs produced by any of the options in the application are managed by this highly flexible tool.
