3000 Informatica has bet on the libraries future, on libraries that open their doors to the outside, and on a global concept of integrated library system, all around the world and all over the web. On account of this, in 2003, 3000 Informatica launched the Latin-America Partner Program, in order to make distribution channels easier and more accessible to librarians. Now we have partners in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela and Bolivia. 2004 is the year of the Europe Partnership Program. Together with the new Biblio web Java version, the company launches this new program for European partners, willing to share our technology and to improve our communication with potential customers. In this way, the customer will obtain quick access to consultancy services, customized development, and adequate purchasing vehicles. The category we are thinking about is value-added resellers, which provides a sales channel for 3000 Informatica’s Products in specialized sectors or geographic areas where 3000 Informática does not have a direct sales presence. Value-added resellers are provided with technical support, training, documentation and all the tools, necessary in order to establish a communication channel with customers, based upon quality and excellence.
