Terms and Conditions

1.- Users

By using the websites, and their services and contents, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these terms and conditions and any other rules or guidelines which we may implement for any individual website, product or service, under certain circumstances. 3000 informatica reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions, or if you engage in any of the following activities, 3000 informatica may terminate your use of the websites, services and contents:

• The use of deep-links, image or IMG links, frames, iframes, layers, or any other kind of method to link to contents and images on the 3000 informatica’s websites, is prohibited, without express authorization of the company.
• The insertion of false, inaccurate or incorrect information about the 3000 informatica’s websites, as well as about their services and contents, is prohibited.

6.- Privacy Protection

6.1.- Privacy Policy

7.- Use of "cookies"

Description:

Cookies are a tool used by web servers, in order to store and retrieve information on their visitors, remember their preferences, accesses, and make navigation through websites easier. It is only a text file whose creation some servers request from our browser, in order to navigate through some websites.
They have a sell-by date, and they are not operative any longer.

3000 informatica does not harvest any kind of information or cookies preferences, implemented into your hard disk by other servers.

In any case, if 3000 informatica inserts cookies, in order to make navigation through its websites easier, you can delete these cookies into your hard disk in any moment, following the normal procedures, and/or those established for your browser.

8.- Disclaimer and liability

11.- Applicable laws and courts

All matters relating to your access to, and use of, the websites, services and contents shall be governed by Spanish laws. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the websites, services and contents shall be instituted in courts in the Comunidad Autónoma de Murcia, Spain. You and 3000 informatica agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
